Provider Agreement

This agreement applies to every business or individual that lists services on services.oftimor.com (a "Provider"), in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Your listing

• Everything in your profile — name, photos, prices, qualifications — must be true and yours. Photos of finished work must be work you actually did.
• You choose your categories honestly; we may re-categorise or unpublish listings that mislead customers.
• Listing is free. Optional paid placements and platform booking fees, when introduced, will be shown to you before you opt in.

2. Doing the work

• Honour the prices and appointments you agree with customers, or tell them early when something changes.
• You are responsible for your own licences, permits, insurance, staff and tax obligations, including SERVE registration and ATTL filings where the law requires them.
• Safety first: follow applicable safety standards, especially for electrical, gas, construction and security work.

3. Verification

The Verified badge is granted after we confirm your identity and contact details, and may be withdrawn if verification data turns out to be false or your rating falls below our quality bar after repeated complaints.

4. Ending the agreement

You can unpublish your listing at any time. We can suspend or remove listings that break this agreement, with notice and a chance to respond except in cases of fraud or danger to customers.
